The game was released in 2002 for PlayStation and later on in 2003 it was released for windows. Gta Vice City was one the best action-adventure game and was released after Grand Theft Auto 3 you can say it shortly as Gta 3. You can also say it as a crime game. The whole story revolves around Tommy Vercetti. Tommy was released from the jail and its a pretty long story, like as you play the game you will definetly know the whole story.
Gta Vice City is an open world game (An open world game is a type of video game concept where a player can freely roam a virtual world). You are free you can do missions you can fly helicopters, you can drive except diving which is the only thing you can do in higher level games like Gta San Andreas in which you can swin you can dive. Or you can also say Grand Theft Auto 4, in simple words Gta 4. I have played Gta Vice City myself and i didn't find any good game like that. So have fun playing this.
